Freedom to Flourish

This program is all about helping you truly flourish and thrive in your life. It’s about rediscovering who you really are beneath your unconscious program and conditioning and learning to love yourself more wholly. It’s also about unapologetically claiming your desires and living life more fully — it’s about beginning to build your vision of “the good life” — one that allows you to feel happy, healthy and whole in your mind, body and soul, because from this place of alignment and authenticity, we can create anything—-we can do, be or have anything our heart desires!

01 — Clarity and Envisioning

What if I told you I could wave a magic wand and give you your dream life—that I could give you exactly what you desire most—What would that be? What does your dream life look like? What would you want to see, feel and experience? This stage is about getting really clear on where you are versus where you want to be. Painting a mental picture of the life you want and envisioning stepping into it in your mind’s eye. This step is also about uncovering what’s been stopping you and holding you back from having the life you desire up until this point. Here we use a variety of probing questions & journal prompts and experiential exercises such as guided meditation/visualization and clearing to release what’s no longer serving you and make space for what you’d like to receive in your life. This is a powerful stage, where the first shift occurs and you find the intrinsic motivation needed to make a lasting change.

02 —Laying The Foundation & Planting the Seeds

This step is all about cultivating awareness and unearthing your essence. It’s about uncovering more about yourself & who you are at your core and using that to create alignment within yourself and your life. It’s about recognizing when our beliefs, our words and our actions don’t match up with who we are or what we desire for ourselves. Here we use personality tests (such as the Enneagram), journaling practices and other tools to help you uncover your authenticity. We explore your values, & discover your passion, your purpose and what gives your life meaning. By better understanding your needs and values you learn to better care for yourself and begin creating the kind of life that encourages and supports them.

03 — Nourish to Flourish

This step is really multiple steps because nourishment consists of many elements. First, a focus on body and mind through food and movement. You learn about the mind-body connection and about the three brains and how to nourish each one. The second piece of nourishment is really about self-love, which includes: mindset work, cultivating your intuition and transforming the garbage from your past into fuel for your growth—I call this process composting. It’s about self-inquiry and healing, as well as radical acceptance and compassion. In this stage you learn to C.A.R.E (my acronym) for yourself in a whole new way — in a way that allows you to truly thrive regardless of your circumstances — to find resilience and love for yourself through the ups and downs of life.

04 — Empowered & Aligned Action

Continuing to cultivate the habits and the actions to build your confidence and capabilities so you can work towards creating the life you desire.
