Personal weekly sessions

Weekly 60 minute coaching sessions and a summary of what is talked about in the session along with a reminder of the assigned homework. There are multiple package lengths and I offer customization for individuals.

I gather insights from our intro session, to better understand your goals and blocks and marry them with insights from your Enneagram and/or Human Design to come up with a personalized growth focused coaching plan for you.

access to me between sessions

For additional support I offer private access to me in between sessions via the platform of your choice (Voxer, WhatsApp, Text, Email) to help you troubleshoot and/or reframe any challenges that arise or answer any questions you might have.

As mentioned all 1:1 coaching packages and terms can be fully customized because the length of time that each person needs vary. My typical package length with clients starts with 3 months and often extends to 6 months.

As a certified Life and Health Coach with a specialized Mastery Method Coaching Certification, I’ve spent over 1000 hours coaching women in both personal and professional settings and had the privilege of working with clients internationally.

Throughout my years as a coach, I’ve been featured as a speaker for both summits and events, and numerous podcast episodes, sharing my journey and insights on overcoming limitations, resilience, growth, and the power of healing.

In addition to coaching, I began writing, co-authoring a book called "The Path to Healing", and sharing my personal journey and proven strategies to heal and rise. I also began writing as an Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine, where I was later given a Brainz 500 Global Award, a prestigious honour acknowledging my impact on the coaching and wellness space.

Finally in 2024, right before I moved my family to Spain, I was thrilled to hear that I received the Diamond Award for Best Life Coach in both Clarington and Whitby/Oshawa, as well as the Gold Award for Best Holistic Health and Healing in Clarington.

frequently asked questions (FAQ)

  • There are different types of therapy and coaching, each with it’s own goals and benefits.

    In general, therapy

    • Focuses on the past and addressing mental health concerns.

    • Often works with diagnoses (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.) and Big T trauma (ACES).

    • Aims to bring someone from dysfunction to function — restoring stability.

    In general coaching

    • Focuses on the present and future — where you are now, and where you want to go.

    • Not about diagnoses or treatment — instead, it’s about expansion, growth, and reclamation.

    • Aims to move someone from functioning to flourishing — activating potential and purpose.

    • Rooted in forward movement, empowerment, and practical tools for change.

    Since I was trained by a psychotherapist in her mastery method, I have some tools and techniques similar to what therapists might use (CBT, ACT, Somatic Experiencing, IFS) digging into the past to find the root of a problem so we can heal it and move forward. I would use these techniques for more typical Small T and some forms of complex trauma.

    I am trauma informed and well aware of what is inside and outside of my scope

  • As mentioned above, terms can be fully customized because the length of time that each person needs vary. It’s dependent on a number of factors from their personal experience, to how much personal work they’ve done, to how much they’re willing and able to apply the work we talk about in our sessions. I always say, knowledge alone isn’t power, it’s applied knowledge that powers results.

    I can say that my minimum commitment term with clients is 3 months because in my experience that best supports clients.

    Clients typically need 3-6 months to break free of their blocks and move towards their goals which I why I’ve given these pre-set package options above.

  • This is for high-achieving women who look successful on the outside but feel exhausted, disconnected, or “not enough” on the inside. You may be standing at a threshold, knowing something has to change. You’re ready to reclaim your power, create a grounded sense of balance, and live in a way that actually feels good.

  • Each session is a mix of deep conversation—I ask powerful questions and you share vulnerably. We explore the patterns keeping you stuck, release what no longer serves, and build tools you can use in real life. We may use tools to support nervous system regulation and break patterns, and then ground in the work with practical strategy and homework. . You’ll leave each session with both a shift in how you feel and a clear step forward.

  • Many clients feel relief, clarity, or renewed energy after the very first session.

    I’ve worked with many clients who’ve spent years in therapy and not made as many breakthroughs or had as much progress as they’ve had with me in a single session or only a few sessions.

    That said, long-term transformation comes with consistency, which is why I work with women over several months — so the changes become sustainable, not just a temporary boost.

    • If you’ve tried doing it all alone but keep ending up overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in old patterns — you’re ready.

    • If you’re sick of your own shit and ready to stop making excuses and start making progress—you’re ready

    • If you feel like “something has to change” or “[you] can’t go on like this” — you’re ready

    • If you’re tried therapy and it hasn’t worked and would like to try something new, this could be for you.

  • Well, or starters—me! My unique experience, gifts and interests combined make me a coach unlike any other out there.

    Practically speaking, a lot of coaches have surface level approaches — a lot of which is rooted in mindset and habits, and some based in identity based work to some degree. I have all that as well, but my skills and experience in emotional mastery, unconscious rewiring, somatic work and nervous system regulation make me a really well rounded coach. I also weave in spiritual and more woo woo elements for those that are interested because of my intense passion for human design, gene keys, astrology, and oracle and tarot readings.

    My approach blends science, soul, and strategy and my methods are rooted in the ancient and eternal wisdom of nature to create deep and lasting transformation.
